Frye Boots Men's size 9 Biker/Harness/Riding 1G03906

I'm not sure if they are Biker, Harness or Riding Boots... ???

They were my Father-in-Laws and now I'm selling them.

I have an email into Frye Company w/pictures to see if they can give me any information on these and will update this listing when (or if) they get back to me.
