    We are a top notch seller that has earned the trust of our customers!  If we make an error, we fix it for you.  Our items are authentic name brands, brand new with tags, no stains, & in perfect condition, unless stated otherwise.  In order to make our transaction work for both parties, please read carefully our policies below before deciding to purchase.  Committing to purchase our items indicates you have read & agree to our sales & return policies.


     Item Description/Color/ Measurement 

    All items are described as detailed as possible. We never intentionally misrepresent an item, so if you see something that may not be correct, please ask before purchase    Color & small print on fabrics show up differently on all monitors, especially bad on mobile devices. Please refer to color numbers listed & reference the manufacturer’s website if necessary.   Measurements posted are of the actual garment and they may vary slightly from item to item.  Construction in seam variances is totally normal in clothing so it is possible to have two items of the same style & size fit differently.  This is not a defect, but normal in clothing fit.

    Delivery Time

    We ship within 24 hrs of payment 99% of the time. Sometimes, same day. Delivery times will vary depending on where you live & the postal system. Ebay delivery times are Estimates.  Follow your tracking provided in Ebay. 

    Inspect your Items

    All items are inspected thoroughly before leaving our business for cuts, tears, stains, snags, etc.  It is possible we may miss a smudge of dirt or not catch a seam that is defective. Simply let us know right away & we will remedy the problem. We are 99% accurate, not perfect.

     Items not Received or Damaged in Shipping

    We do not issue automatic refunds when a buyer emails & says “my item hasn’t arrived”  or the “item is damaged.”  Once the item leaves our hands, you are covered by  paypal & ebay procedures for issues occurring in the the postal system.  If you have an item that was shipped priority mail & “allegedly” damaged in shipping (holes, snags, tears, etc) and you want us to replace it, you must:  1. Notify us with pictures and email communication through Ebay.  2. Return the item to us along With the original packaging for close up inspection 3. After close up inspection of packaging & product, we can tell if an item is cut, or if it was defective when sent & determine resolution  

    Receiving wrong item or Size

    Just email us, No need to open a case. If we make an error, we fix it and pay for the 2nd shipping. We also send a prepaid return bag for our error to be returned.  If you return an item before receiving our instructions, only the cheapest method of postage will be refunded, usually first class.  Thank you for giving us the courtesy to fix an error before leaving feedback.

    Combined Shipping

    Yes, we combine shipping: however, combined shipping is not 2 for 1. Shipping is hen you buy 3-4 light items, you will always see a savings compared to individual fees.  Heavier items, 1 pound & up, will also see a significant savings by combining. Feel free to ask for rates before purchase. 

    International shipping

    Delivery time:  International delivery time may vary greatly from what you see in ebay.  If after 35-40 days, you don’t have your package, follow ebay procedures for item not received. You have up to 45 days. We do not issue automatic refunds.

    International rates are quite high for single lightweight articles.  You are Much better off to find 2-3 items you like as combining them will be a much better rate per item.  It is not two for price of one. Costs go on total weight plus handling fees added.

    International customers are responsible for any import fees, taxes or duties imposed by your country.  These fees are not in our shipping quote.  We do not change values of items to save your import fees or mark as a gift. Both are illegal, please do not ask.

    Returns/Exchanges

     New clothing is returnable for a refund of the selling price within 30 days of your receipt.  Notify the seller of intent to return, and follow the bay return procedure. Tags must still be attached. No shipping/handling charges refunded unless we error.  Items will incur a 25% restock fee with no tag.  Worn & dirty items will not be refunded.

      Exchanges are welcome if we have the size you need. Buyer pays shipping charges on exchanges. Please allow 2-3 days after we receive your item for return processing.

    Feedback 

    We leave feedback for all of our customers automatically after we receive your feedback that everything is satisfactory.  Please communicate with us if you have a problem with a product before leaving feedback.
