Another cool cover of a newsstand issue of Sports Illustrated is up for sale here. This is a very rare issue of this magazine, it's only the third time it has been graded. The other two issues of this magazine are graded higher, nevertheless, this is still rare and valuable. It would be a great addition to any college basketball fan.
