Bruckmann flatware,  I believe it is model 415-1908 Louis XV, Rokoko, these are old and they show it see photos.

8 - Knifes,  7 of them are Schwedenstahl UB Bruckmann, ONE Knife Nicht Rostend see photos.  They measure 8 1/4"  marked 90 21.

4 - Forks marked 90 30 and measure 7 5/16.

7 Teaspoons  marked 90 15 and measure 5 1/8".
