Measures: 7” x 4” (10” total when including hanger)

This is stuffed almost like a small pillow. I do not remember the origin of this item. I tried to do research but wasn’t able to find anything. I’m guessing it was made in the early to mid-eighties at the height of the California Raisins popularity.
