Features:
1. The maximum output frequency of FY6300 series sine wave can reach 60MHz (FY6300-60M), and the maximum output frequency of square wave can reach 25MHz. Refer to the parameter table corresponding to different models for detailed parameter indexes.
2. Compared with FY2300 series, AM, FM, PM, FSK, PSK and VCO modulation functions are added.
3. The FY6300 series real-time sampling rate is upgraded to 250MSa/s, and the high-frequency signal output contour is clearer.
4. FY6300 series adopts 14-bit high-speed DA integrated circuit (performance far exceeds the DA scheme built by resistance network). When 5V is output, the waveform ladder is as low as 0.3mV.
5. The storage depth of each group of waveforms in FY6300 series is upgraded to 8192 * 14bits, which can restore signal details with high accuracy.
6. The phase resolution of FY6300 series can reach 0.01 °, and users can more accurately control the delay of two signals.
7. The duty cycle adjustment accuracy of FY6300 series can reach 0.01%; The rising and falling edge time of the square wave can be adjusted. When the instrument sets the square wave output, press F4 key to switch between the duty cycle and the rising and falling edge time setting, thus making the instrument more applicable.
8. The FY6300 series adopts a new power supply design scheme, eliminating the disadvantage of handheld instrument power supply noise interfering with small-amplitude signals. (10mV small signal still has perfect signal characteristics)
