This auction is for an original antique (c.1910) HOME BUILDERS CATALOG published by Sears, Roebuck & Co., Chicago.  The catalog is lavishly illustrated with every item imaginable for builders in the early 20^th century.  It was a one-stop source for doors, furnaces, mantels, lighting, roofing, leaded glass, windows, etc.  The catalog measures 8 ½” x 11” and has 165 pages.

This rare catalog is in fair condition.  It is complete but has wear and losses to the covers and some pages. There are old tape repairs on the back cover.  The spine is rough.  The inner pages are clean and bright but with some light waviness.  No damp smell.
