Used:
An item has been previously used. The item may have some sigh of cosmetic wear, but fully operational and functions as intended. See the seller’s listings for full details and description of any imperfections.
Customer’s responsibility:
Customer should match the pictures and part numbers before they finalise the purchase to avoid any confusions. If the customer purchases any item by mistake, 25% of the purchase amount shall be deducted on refund. Any interference with the purchased goods as well as breaking the warranty seals will result in the loss of the warranty. Please read all the description and policies before finalising the purchase.
Returns:
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. You need to notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Payments:
We accept payment by credit or debit card, PayPal, postal orders, cash and bank transfer. Some cards are subject to handling charges as set by the providers, please confirm before proceeding.
