Standing happy Buddha stands 7" tall with hands overhead and a happy smile.  Put a straw in the hole to drink!

 

Made in Taiwan for Orchids of Hawaii.  I assume it was a novelty store in Hawaii possibly made for Benihana.

Does not appear to have been used.
