Unit has individual magnets to hold bits in place even while upside down.

Tool holder itself will not hold by magnets sideways or upside down when fully loaded with bits

Takes ~175 grams of pull force to pull bit from tool holder slot.

Will work / hold long or short bits.

Will hold bits at any angle, even upside down.
