I asked this question of Bing Chat based on the markings I thought I could see faily well:

"I have decanter in the shape of the Virgin Mary with markings, "Pier 62S1" and "Guadal Mex". What is its history?"

This is the answer I received:

"The decanter you have is a beautiful 1932 Cobalt Blue Bottle with the Virgin Mary and the Baby Jesus, in a manger, at her feet. It is both hand pressed and blown in glass. On the back of the bottle it says “PIER 16.52” and below that, it says “MAR ZOD 1932”. The next line says “GUAD Jal MEX” 1. The bottle is 14 1/2" tall and has a handle on the back. The bottom of the bottle has an indent, possibly from where it sat while cooling, in it. This has pushed the glass upward in the middle of the bottom. The stopper has an air bubble blown into the top. The tip of the stopper is either broken off or is supposed to be this way."

On further inspection, this seems to be pretty accurate. The height is slightly less than 14" and some of the letters and numbers are hard to make out but definitely appears to fit this description.
