This has never been opened, however please see pictures for description of what you would receive.

The cellophane around vehicle is cracked or missing in some areas, mostly tail area.  A rubber band that seemed to be wrapped around pull cord has decintegrated with some still around cord.  The front glass of the vehicle seems to have a manufacturing issue from factory as you can see in picture.
