Here's a set of right and left gear box halves with gear internals from a Sears Craftsman 7.5/24 snowblower. They are in good condition.  This assembly fits many similar era Craftsman and Murray blower models as well.  See i.d. tag, pic, 17.  Part i.d. # 10576 and 10577.  The box is in good usable shape and still worked well on the blower.  These could be susceptible to bad corrosion and brutal collision breaks .  Not these!  The box just shows some normal light contact wear or staining. It has one little casting flaw in pic. 10; but doesn't effect performance or leak.  The halves still connect strongly with the included fasteners and gasket as well.  The journals show normal wear and will spin out with minimal gear box weep.  Included is a good used 22 tooth brass gear with thrust washers.  The fasteners and gasket are good too.  These 7.5/24 alloy gear boxes are getting difficult to find in good usable condition anymore! The 7.5/ 24's were well built and could move a lot of snow. You are getting everything you see in the pictures.  This assembly is still very usable for one of these famous ol' Craftsman blowers!  These Murray built blowers could really move a lot of snow back in the day--and still can!  Great for spares when one is needed in a pinch!  Thoroughly clean and lube prior to operation.  Please look at the pictures.  Ask any questions that you might have.  Paypal payment due within 48 hrs. of auction ending.  Carefully packaged and quickly shipped.  Thanks for looking.
