About the Ripper Artwork:

Arguably the most iconic skateboard graphic of all time, "The Ripper" was illustrated in 1983 by legendary Powell-Peralta artist V.C. Johnson. Originally the graphic was uséd as a "Bones Sold Here" dealer window sticker. Next, the artwork found it's way onto t-shirts and eventually decks. The Ripper graphic has stood the test of time and has been a staple of the Powell-Peralta line for over 30 years.

Powell-Peralta re-issue decks are close reproductions of their 1980’s counterparts, featuring the original top and bottom graphics, shape and concave. Made with our partner in Mexico. Materials include U.S. hard rock maple and glue that meets our specifications, warranted against delamination for their useful life. Shape and graphics created in Santa Barbara, CA.

Da Klinic is based in the Myer Centre in Adelaide CBD. We have been trading since 2001 and are your one stop shop for anything that rolls. We are a physical store and not a faceless online seller. We are available 7 days a week to answer your questions either via email or telephone. We are not a multi-national but a locally owned and independent retailer.

All products sold by Da Klinic are 100% Authentic and Brand New and from local distributors. We do not sell second hand or refurbished products.

We pride ourselves on outstanding products, service and price. Shipping speed and efficiency is no exception. As soon as payment has been made your product/s are picked, packed and dispatched.

We aim to always keep our Ebay listed products in stock, if for some reason we have sold out of an item we will make it our goal to re-order the product and have it delivered as soon as possible.

Combining Postage

We are happy to combine postage. Please add all items to your cart, then in your cart press "Request Combined Postage". We will then send an invoice with postage combined.

For example the freight cost for Spray Paint is $20. If you purchase two different colours it will show a freight charge of $40. Send us a Combined Postage Request and we will reduce this to $20 no matter how many units you purchase.

Special Orders

We buy from the 50+ distributors in Australia. If there is a product that we don’t have that you want just ask. We will attempt to source it at the best price possible.

Payment

We require all payments to be made via Paypal or Ebay Payments.

All payments are required within 5 days of committing to a purchase or your order maybe cancelled.

Non-Paying bidder alerts will be filed for those who do not pay.

Bank Deposit

When making payments via bank transfer we require that you reference your payment with your ebay username or the item number. If you fail to do this it will slow down our process of getting your order out to you.

We bank with ANZ Bank. Deposits can be made in several way:

Make an internet transfer into our account
Go into your own bank and ask them to transfer into our account
Go into ANZ and make a deposit into our account

Shipping

Our philosophy when it comes to shipping is "You pay... We send". It is that simple. As soon as we receive payment from you we will dispatch your order.

All deliveries are sent via Australia Post or Courier. The majority of orders will be shipped within 24 hours of payment being cleared.

Once the item has been posted your package tracking number will be emailed to you which you can use to track your item until it reaches you.

Aerosol Art products (Spray Cans) are sent via Courier with a national $20 freight charge. If purchasing multiple cans send us a "Combined Payment Request" before purchasing and we will only charge one $20 fee.

International Purchases

All orders are sent internationally using Australia Post and Courier Services. All orders sent are provided with tracking details once dispatched.

If Import Duties, VAT/GST and Clearance Costs are charged on entry of your order into the destination country they are payable by the customer. We are not liable for any additional charges and will not accept returns for customers not wanting to pay their Import Duties.

If you are unsure of these additional costs please contact your local Customs Department. We can not provide advice on your own countries Customs Charges.

Products may be returned due to:

Incorrect Sizing:

If we have the correct size in stock you may send the original product back to swap for another size.

Postage back to us of the original product will be at the customers cost. We will re-post an alternate size at our cost (excluding international purchases).

If we do not have the correct size we are happy to provide a refund of the product purchase price.

Misrepresentation:

A 100% refund will be given if the product advertised is not identical to that which is delivered. If a mistake of this nature occurs we will do whatever it takes to rectify the problem.

Exchange/Returns Policy:

All claims for an exchange or refund must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. Notification must be made to us before returning a product. All items to be returned must be in 100% saleable condition with all packaging in tact.

Product Warranties:

Most products that we sell carry a manufacturers defect warranty. If you buy a product and it develops a manufacturing fault simply contact us and we will refer it to the manufacturer/distributor who will determine whether it is a fault and whether to repair or replace the product. In some cases a manufacturer/distributor may require the faulty product to be sent to them, but in some circumstances photos will be acceptable. You must retain your receipt for warranty claims
