DETAILS: excellent condition, vintage Suzy Phillips fit flare dress. Solid black, smocked bodice. Drop waist. Satin tiered pleated skirt. Boatneck. Big, boxy shoulder pads. 3/4 sleeve. Pullover head to wear. Excellent dress for party, date night, concert, cruise, cocktails, etc. Ready to ship! **Note: there’s some discoloring on the skirt in a couple places. Also, looks like an “scuff” on the smocking. See pics for reference. The dress may have been shrunken or altered….the armholes are close to shoulders. That said, may be a better fit for a petite frame.
