Whilst we try our best to photograph our products as accurately as possible, colours may vary depending on the monitor they are viewed on.

You can contact us any time using eBay messaging. We always try to answer messages in the same day that they are asked, but if we are little slow please bare with us as we may be out-of-office.
Our normal working hours are:
Monday: 9.00am - 5.30pm
Tuesday: 9.00am - 5.30pm
Wednesday: 9.00am - 1.00pm
Thursday: 9.00am - 5.30pm
Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm
Saturday: 9.00am - 3.00pm
Sunday: Out-of-office
If you wish to talk to us over the phone then you are welcome to. You can call us at our shop during our normal opening hours (As above).You will need to state that it is an eBay query in order to be directed to the correct person. Please note: We do not have an answering machine for you to leave voicemails.
Please ensure that you provide us with the relevant information to answer your queries, such as stating that you have an eBay query, the item name and your name.
We are a family-run independent craft shop based in the village of Tiptree in Essex, England.
Shipping Information
UK POSTAGE:
For UK postage, we always send our items by Royal Mail 2nd class, however each of our listings has the option to upgrade to 1st class or 24 hour courier. Please note that a parcel can only delivered by courier within 24 hours if we receive the order by 11am.
We always aim to send our parcels the same day if purchased by 1pm.
We ship on Monday - Friday ONLY.
Any orders placed between 1pm on a Friday and Midnight on a Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
This includes 1st class and 24 hour courier parcels
