About the Artist:   Lincoln, NE-based artist Carol Rustad had an art exhibition titled “Prairie Expressions,” at Lauritzen Gardens in Omaha's Botanical Center in 2016.  Rustad, who holds a master of fine arts degree from the University of Nebraska, has used the nature and wildlife around her to create works of beauty and serenity.  Her works are in the collection of the Sheldon Memorial Art Gallery.
