A friend of Indira Gandhi, she was the 2nd wife of the labour journalist and writer Henri Noel Brailsford (1873-1958), considered to be one of the most prolific left-wing journalists of the first half of the 20th century.
The passport was renewed in December 1950, then December 1955
It bears various foreign stamps on 14 pages, including the Suez Canal Police in Port Said, the US & British zones in Germany, Yougoslavia, Bombay airport & Paris Le Bourget, etc.,
Plus a couple of Exchange Control stamps on pages 31 & 32
All in all, an important historical snapshot of the post-war era.
