Sterling Opal (aka Monarch) is a very special stone which is created in labs using nano science. Nano silica in micro spheres in silica are grown and no dyes are used to make these opals. This makes the opals look just like natural opal with veins and patterns and different light reflection patterns. These were created by Jim Zachery who went to huge lengths to make the designs as close as possible to real Opals. No colours or dyes are used in these stones, they are literally 'grown' as a natural stone would be.
This little heart is beautiful with mainly green flashes, but turned there are some blue and red on sides, back is a mass of blues (see last photo).
Comes with an Italian 925 Sterling Silver Curb Chain (stamped) to complete the necklace.

This stone belongs to a batch of stones (like turquoise) which are developed in lengthy procedures and can be more costly than originals depending on the grade. This heart is a top grade piece.
