We accept payments in line with eBay guidelines, through the eBay checkout system (we are unable to change the posting address after purchase so, if you would like it to go to a different name and address please change this during the checkout process)

Postage


We offer a free postage option which can take up to 2 working days. If you need the phone quicker, we offer a next working day delivery option. This service is £9.80 via Royal mail special delivery, which is a fully tracked and signed service (This is the cost of the service from Royal Mail, we do not profit from postage fees). You will be able to select the postage option you require via the eBay checkout process.

Any orders after the postage cut off on the day of purchase will then be posted the next working day.

Third party insurance companies will only insure the phone if it has been purchased from a company like The Mobile Phone Hut who meet the criteria for this.
