This darling little doll is a vintage unmarked Effanbee Patsy-style “Patsy Ann” doll, which was made in the 1930s, making her approximately 90 years old at the time of this writing.

She measures approximately 17” tall and is unmarked.  She has a composition swivel head and shoulder plate, slightly bent jointed arms, jointed straight legs, and a stuffed cloth torso.   She has molded painted brown hair, single stroke painted brown eyebrows, beautiful blue tin sleep eyes with painted eyelashes on the bottom real eyelashes (some missing) on her lids, a little button nose, a closed red painted pursed mouth, and puffy rosy cheeks.  She also has a crier box, but it does not work.

Her composition is in good condition and was repainted to stabilize her.  She does have rubs and scuffs here and there, as well as minor compo loss on her heels.  Her cloth body does show wear and has a paint stain and rust on her crier box.

She comes wearing a beautiful new pastel green polka dot dress adorned with sheer mock ribbon-tie apron with embroidered sheer collar adorned with a rosebud, matching hat, white lacy panties, white lacy socks, and white ribbon-tie shoes adorned with a rosette and bead to complete her outfit.
