Basic functionality has been tested and unit is working. Weight seemed accurate.

Noted cosmetic defects: The outer edges of the scale have some surface rust. The digital readout LCD display has a permanent black spot at the top, but it is not affecting the ability to read the display. The 9V battery connector shows signs of damage and may need to be repaired, although it is currently still functional.
