2 vintage Boy Scout books. Both in very good condition,  no rips or tears. Both have a small inked label on the front cover. One is "Charter & Bylaws of the Boy Scouts of America ", as amended to November  1967. The second is "Constitution and Bylaws of the Boy Scouts of America ", as amended to July,  1965.
