We LOVE doing custom work. If there is something you would like (custom size or decal), message us a picture and we will get back to you asap with a quote. There are no extra fees for custom work.

Return Policy:
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you are not satisfied or would like to exchange with any of the items you ordered, we provide a 14-day return policy, some are 60 days. But item should be in new, unused condition. If decal is damaged upon arrival Please take a clear picture and email it to us before applying it. We are more than happy to investigate and replace the decal. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during the shipment.
- If decal is defective like not sticking properly or have a tear/rip on it, please take a clear picture and email it to us, so we can process a replacement. Defective item requires a clear picture for proof.

Installation:
Your decal should be applied as soon as possible to prevent application issues. Large decals can be a lot for one person to handle: you have only one chance to do the installation right leaving no room for mistakes. Once the vinyl decal is applied to the vehicle surface, it cannot be removed without damaging the vinyl. Having someone help you hold the decal can be a life saver. This will allow you to focus your attention on pressing the decal to the surfaces without bubbles. Car decals should be applied only to surfaces with temperatures between 50 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit and should be allowed to cure for 24 hours before getting wet. Your decal comes with clear transfer tape applied to help you easily install it. Please check some YouTube videos on how to install a wet or dry car decal installation for some tips.

You should also keep in mind that if you use a font style that has thin lines, the thinner the actual area of adhesion to the surface becomes. The install also becomes more delicate.
- Where is your font preview design tool located? - We have to host this off of eBay and are unable to share the link to this tool until after you have placed an order. We comply with eBay policies in this regard. We do have font images in the listing showing some of our font styles available but we have many more than the image quantity allows. We also believe it's a huge benefit to see your custom text displayed in the font of your choosing. If you have a valid email address on file with eBay, you will receive the link to the "Rapid Vinyl Font Preview Tool" after an order is placed.
