Established in 2003, Cable Management Warehouse is a leading distributor to the network, data, security, and telecoms industry. The CMW headquarters is based in Bedford and is supported by team members, many of which, have worked with CMW from the very start. We also have an additional warehouse and trade counter with meeting and training facilities in Guildford. Our trade counter facilities provide you with the option to visit us and collect your orders. We also offer an online website ordering facility providing you with easy access to placing orders, reviewing your account, and earning reward points.
We offer a wide range of quality products from some of the industry's leading names and continue to add to our product portfolio. These product ranges are supported by individuals who are experts in their given fields and can support you with your product choice and system design.

Delivery
Delivery Information
Unless you order and collect the goods from our trade counter, we will deliver them in accordance with your order. Where relevant, goods must be examined and signed for upon receipt. Your signature confirms that the goods have been received in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you have not received all the goods within the stated delivery time or if there is any other delivery problem, please notify us immediately and we will do what we can to resolve the issue efficiently
Who We Use And Services We Offer
We offer a number of delivery options to suit your requirements, these are all available on each listing
- Free of charge economy delivery
For smaller items, orders under £10 are sent royal mail 2nd class signed for, 2-3 day service. Orders over £10 are sent royal mail 1st class signed for, next working day service
Larger items will be sent using Parcelforce next working day service
Items over 1.5m long will be sent using Tufnell's next working day service
Royal mail 24, next working day service
Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1:00 pm next working day
Orders will be guaranteed to be processed for dispatch the same day if ordered and paid before 2.30pm. Orders after this time may be dispatched same day where possible, or the following working day
Returns
Returns Information
We work incredibly hard to ensure our customers are happy with every order they receive but sometimes there can be an unavoidable need to return a product. Please get in touch in the first instance to see if there is a way we can rectify the problem more efficiently for you. We can then advise how to proceed with your return
You may cancel your order giving us notice of cancellation within 14 days of the date of delivery to you or collection from our Trade Counter. If you are cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem as soon as you are aware
On cancellation for whatever reason, you must return the goods to us at your cost, unless we agree that you may dispose of them, in which case please comply with the manufacturer`s instructions before disposing of hazardous goods. Where the goods are being returned because they are faulty, or incorrect goods, a replacement order will be dispatched to you as a priority on receipt of the returned goods

FAQ's
Having recently purchased a product that I no longer require and is "unused" Can I return it back to you and how do I go about this?
We do accept goods back for return subject to being a standard stock item to CMW Ltd. Please contact us by eBay message giving full details of the reason for return and raise a return with eBay. Once we received the returned goods, a replacement order or refund, depending on your best option will be processed as a priority.
My order has not arrived by the scheduled / expected date or time
On rare occasions, couriers can take longer to deliver than we might like. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe for the delivery service you selected, please get in touch with an eBay message in the first instance to allow us to look into the delay.
Please do remember that bank holidays and weekends can sometimes impact delivery timescales
Can I purchase goods online and then collect from your trade counter?
You can collect goods from either our Bedford or Guildford warehouses which are open Monday to Friday, 8.30am until 5.15pm. If this is an option you would like to take advantage of, please get in touch to make arrangements
