HP 8160A Programmable Pulse Generator is a high performance unit designed for bench and system applications.
The
8160A features independent parameter control without inter-reaction for
period, delay, width, rise time, fall time, and pulse high and pulse
low levels.
The 8160A operates up to 50 MHz with 20 V output and 6 ns variable transition times or 3 ns fixed transition times.
The 8160A also supports, external trigger, gate, burst, and double pulse modes of operation.
