cylinder has   some aluminum from a melted piston  on the cylinder wall ( see pics ) and some scoring also and light rust from sitting, 

well need bored for sure 

measurement  in pics ,   but keep in mind my mic is a cheap one so maybe be off a little , but believe it is stock bore , so should have room for a bore
