This was obtained in a small collection from a former music industry executive.

I grade my records based upon the Goldmine Record Collecting Magazine scale. This scale can be easily found with a simple Google search. 

I pack all my records in sturdy custom record mailers with cardboard inside to give the record the best possible support while in transit. 

It comes from a pet/smoke-free home.
