I am selling a very Rare and very large Ansel Adams "Moonrise, Hernandez, New Mexico" exhibit poster. This poster is from G. Ray Hawkins Gallery in Southern California. The poster is in good shape for its age, and was kept framed and out of the sun for many yrs. The poster is currently unframed and unbacked. There are some minor crease marks that are hard to see with the black backing. The only other blemish is an extremely small hole on the upper right side that you can see in the photos.

Overall a great poster from one of his greatest photographers to ever work a camera. This is one of the most important photographs of the 20th century, “Moonrise” is a masterpiece. To this day, it remains an enduring distillation of the American West—its desolate landscapes, its serrated peaks, its pioneering inhabitant's works to ever achieve.

The poster would look great framed and is very large at 45 x 40 inches.
