This vintage wooden sailing boat/yacht/schooner is a detailed, handcrafted piece that measures between 24 inches long in size. It is 17½" tall to the top of the taller mast, 4¼" wide and it weighs just a bit over 2 pounds.  It has a rich history as an antique original, with an unknown country/region of origin and an unknown age. The primary material used in its creation is wood, while its features include being handmade. It is not a model ship, but a handmade creation that falls under the categories of antiques and maritime. While it requires some work, it is a unique and beautiful collectible item that any sailing enthusiast would love to have.  It has all of the bones to make it back into the beautiful creation it once was.  Neither mast are broken or repaired, the frame is SOLID & everything on it is original.  It reminds me of a ship wreck that the crew was able to Frankenstein it back together just well enough to get them off the island that they were stranded on.  Some of the ropes are frayed and or broken. No question that it will need all new ropes and sails.  The back 2 sails are petty mangled and overall there are some bad repairs done on it that I tried to capture pictures of.

I think someone spent many, many hours on this beauty and I hope someone can restore her to her original beauty. Or, it could just display as it is. Either way it is a special find and quite a treasure.
