Please note we have had people stating they haven't received their items when they have, Royal Mail now include a QR code on all of the labels which they track internally and scan before it reaches your front door. If accuse is raised that your item hasn't arrived we will refund you but then we pass your information over to Royal Mail to investigate the missing parcel, and if it is found to of been delivered and a false claim was made then royal mail will reclaim the money lost from yourself
