The Case:

The Cestrian Field Series CF221N0660 prioritises versatility and functionality. It is made from 316L stainless steel and has a width of 40mm with a slim profile of 12.20mm, providing both style and practicality. The case exhibits a combination of brushed and polished finishes, adding an element of sophistication to its robust build. One of the watch’s standout features is its’ screw-down, which helps to provide it with its 200 metre water resistance rating. The crown is embellished with the Cestrian shield logo and has knurled edges to ensure that it is easy to operate. It also features highly scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass that has been treated with an anti-reflective coating, to ensure that it always remains readable. The case is secured through the closed case back that proudly displays the Cestrian shield logo as well as the unique serial number.

The Dial:

The dial is presented in blue with a sunburst finish, imparting a refined and subtly sophisticated appearance, characterised by its interplay of light and shadow. It showcases an uncomplicated layout that remains true to the design of a classic field watch. It displays a 12/24 hour format through printed Arabic numerals that have been treated with a C3 Super-LumiNova coating, which emits a vibrant green glow in low light. The polished nickel arrow handset also features a luminous coating, while the vibrant tone of the orange seconds hand matches the ‘Field Series’ inscription. A 60-second track is located around the edge of the dial on the chapter ring.

The Strap:

The watch is presented on a blue nylon strap that offers comfort and durability, whilst also remaining true to the watch’s classic military aesthetic. The strap can be adjusted to fit your wrist through a pin and buckle mechanism.

Powered by Seiko’s NH35 automatic movement, the Field Series offers a 41-hour power reserve and -20/+40 seconds per day accuracy. The bi-directional rotor charges the movement through motion and manual winding via the crown. Hacking allows precise time setting.
