Vintage 1965 Gibson ES-335TD-12 in stunning original Sunburst finish!

1965 is an incredible year for the ES-335-12, and this guitar has "it" in spades.  

In addition to that, the Sunburst finishes that were being sprayed in 1965 and early 1966 were this lovely shade of "tea burst" - and then, as inexplicably as it's appearance, Gibson ditched it for the standard Tobacco burst again in mid 1966.   This is just a killer guitar with a rare FAT neck and even rarer Tea Burst!

While this example has the slightly slimmer nut, the neck is FAT - and by 12th fret it could only be called "substantial".   This combined with the last of the great 60's tone woods Gibson would use for decades really contributes to the big, beefy tones you get form an ES from this year.
