In good condition, with minor rubbing and wear to paper, primarily along edges and corners. Small holes down side from previous binding. Map remains easy to view and read. General age-related toning to paper. Please see photographs and ask any questions prior to purchasing.
A scarce and nicely preserved map from the 1872 Atlas of Adams Co., Pennsylvania. Includes roads, natural features, and marked locations of individual residences and their owners. A great piece for framing and preservation.
