shipping. We do not falsely hide the shipping costs in the price of
our items. USPS mail cost is based on your zip code. I have no

SHIPPING
DAMAGES & DELAYS: I carefully package each item, so you receive
the item exactly as pictured in my listing. However, circumstances
happen during the shipping & handling after I mail, such as:
damage, delay or lost items. If any of those situations
occur, the buyer is responsible to take up any issue with
their USPS carrier or local PO directly. USPS want to see the
condition of the shipping box and all of the contents in order
to issue a refund.
RETURNS
are accepted for an item, if it doesn’t match the listing
description. If buyer changes their mind, the color is slightly
different (there are different dye lots for pottery, clothing,
wallpaper or fabric) or if you ordered the wrong item or size – the
buyer pays for return shipping.
