Hamon : A well forged & very attractive well executed superb wide flamboyant Choji-ba on both side,
with A thick nioguchi, strong extended point / kissaki with A big boshi turn-back on both side.
Hada / grain : A fine well forged fine-Itame mix, & the blade exhibit some beautiful activity within.
Blade condition : in full polish, just very-healthy, flawless with no kizu !
Simply the blade is beautiful, well made, very-healthy, & very-attractive !
Mounts
Blade rest in a new shirasaya & a new solid silver habaki,
& caccompany of A nice WW2 shingunto mounts
Mounts hold together with home made piece wood/short-tsunagi
Original solid Tsuka/handle + with it's original good blue/brown tassel
Metal scabbard the catch lock-pin is cut
1 tsuba & 8 high grade seppa all have matching number # 41
The whole mounts are solid & sound, generally clean & in good condition.
Just showing just some minor wear & tare from age & WW2 use with a very-nice patina.
