The photos are real, in the used items you will be able to see the condition in which it is found, in the open box items you will be able to see the items in their original box but it will probably not be packaged in its original form.

We ship 1 business day after your payment clears.

We do not ship outside the lower US 48 States. If you want to ship outside of this area, you must contact us before buying or your order will be cancelled.

On larger items we do not ship to APO/FPO, PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico

eBay's deliver by date is only an estimate - we are not responsible for carrier delays in shipping - if you must have this by a certain date, contact us before buying.

Customers who refuse deliveries or miss all 3 delivery attempts by the carrier will be charged ROUND TRIP SHIPPING COSTS unless REFUSED FOR DAMAGE is noted with the driver

Returns

30 day return policy unless otherwise noted.

You must obtain an RMA authorization before returning your purchase.  Please message us for an RMA.

All merchandise must be new and unused and returned in original packaging.

All open returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to package returns properly.

Damaged returns due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.

Returns must include the original packaging with all the packing material, accessories and paperwork in the correct part of the box.

Returns must be over-boxed. Do not ship returns in the retail box only.

Return Authorizations are only valid for 30 days.

If we receive your return after 20 days from the date of authorization, it will be returned to sender without being refunded or replaced.

If your item is defective, please contact us so we may troubleshoot the problem before setting up a return.
