In the box you get the hard drive bay with 3 hard drives, one is 3TB one is 2TB and third one is 1TB.
I left the bit part that helps install the hard drive in to the bay on the harddrives themselves, so when using own Hard Drives make sure to move that bit to YOUR Hard Drive.
