FAQ

How to pair GO app to DuoMon?

  1. Insert 2 x alkaline AAA batteries and turn your cellphone’s Bluetooth ON.
  2. Open the GO app / In Map View, touch the Main Menu / At the top right, touch Settings / Connected Devices and Services / Select “Pokemon GO Plus”
  3. Decide which button (1P/2P) on MEGACOM DuoMon you want to pired with and press it, the Pokeball under "Available Devices List" will flash in the middle.
  4. Select the Go Plus which is flashing green light. That’s it! After pairing, you can simply reconnet by touching the icon at the front page. Embark on your epic GO Go adventure with your auto-catching and collecting device!

For iPhone: If you can't see devices under availible devices, go to PHONE settings, find Go APP and turn on the Bluetooth permissions.


How do I turn off the vibration and sound?

Choose the notification mode you like with DuoMon!

Press the button on DuoMon to switch the menu.

🟡 To turn off the sound, press the button to the YELLOW light (sound settings). Press 3 seconds to switch the settings: Volume up> Volume down> Sound off.

🟣 To turn off the vibration, press the button to PURPLE light (vibration settings). Press 3 seconds to switch off the vibration.


Why can’t I connect to DuoMon?

Make sure the Bluetooth on your phone is ON and “Do not disturb“ mode is off. And try clear all the connection record on your phone, then reconnect agian.

1. Clear the Game record and Phone Bluetooth record:

Go to phone settings > Bluetooth > find Go Plus > forget the device.

Go to Pokemon Go settings > Go Plus > tap the triangle beside Go plus.

2. Pair GO app with DuoMon again! (If still not works, Restart the phone and Reinstall GO app and repeat the steps above again.)


Why DuoMon stop collecting items or catching Monster?

Your bag or Pokedex might be so full that it cannot collect item or catch Monster anymore.

You might have run out of Red Pokeballs.

Go to Notification in the GO Plus setting, TURN ON the “Nearby” notification. (If you TURN OFF the Notification, DuoMon won't catch Monster or spin Pokestops nearby.)
