The bag is made of naturally processed genuine goat leather (full grain). Full grain leather comes with natural cuts, scars and marks that are left as natural. But this will not affect the durability of the bag.

Each vintage leather bag is a completely natural and handmade product so the colors and finish may vary from one piece to another. 

Each bag has a unique slightly distressed antique leather/vintage leather look. 

Pieces of several hides can be used to make a single leather bag. Therefore, there may be some variation in the color and textures of different parts of a bag, which will create a wonderfully unique effect. 

Due to different craftsmen, there may be slight differences in the style and construction of the bags shown on the website. 

The lining may be a lighter or darker color than shown in the images. Write to us to know the current stock color. 

Genuine leather may have very small cuts, scars or marks, this does not mean it is damaged. 

Visible wrinkles may also appear on the leather. These characteristics demonstrate the genuine origin of our leather satchel and shoulder bags, they are part of the bag and do not affect its durability. 

Pure leather may smell a little when fresh, but the smell will disappear with use. Keep it in sunlight and outdoors for a few days.

There may be local customs/VAT charges that we are not aware of and are out of our control. Buyers are responsible for CUSTOMS at destination.

The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

The item must be returned in its original condition.

Full refund (INCLUDING RETURN SHIPPING) only if the item is defective/damaged/does not match the listing descriptions. In all other cases, 20% of the total invoice value will be deducted as restocking fees.
