I purchased a Guild 12 string in 1975 and I still own it today.  That is how it is when you own a Guild, you keep them forever.

About this guitar:
This guitar came directly from Guild to my supplier, it has never been sold retail.  It was examined by a team of factory technicians and they found no issues, the neck is straight, no buzz, and no issues with the body.  When we polished the guitar we noticed a small blemish behind the bridge, and it appeared they were a little sloppy with the glue on the bridge.  The bridge is solid, there is no issue with that.  We also found a light finish blemish on the back.  I have included pictures pointing to each area.

Here is what Guild says about the D-120:

The full-bodied and powerful tone of this Guild D-120 Westerly Collection Dreadnought provides guitarists with a classic acoustic sound and balanced voicing. Built with solid African mahogany top, back and sides, the Guild D-120 dreadnought features a bone nut and saddle and mother-of-pearl rosette. This Guild dreadnought acoustic also has a 1 3/4" nut width on a vintage-shaped Guild neck, iconic Chesterfield headstock emblem reminiscent of 1960s Guild guitars, period-correct tortoiseshell pickguard and a premium gig bag. This guitar comes in a natural gloss finish.

FAQ, frequently asked questions

Why are instruments sent to a refurbisher?  The instrument could be a discontinued model, have a finish imperfection, or need a minor repair.

Who refurbishes your instruments?  All of my instruments come from the largest and best refurbisher in the country, where any issue found is corrected by a factory trained and authorized luthier.

Does a refurbished instrument have the manufacturer warranty?  No, any instrument sent to a refurbisher, regardless of the reason it was sent there, no longer carries the manufacturer warranty.

Will I need to set up my instrument when I receive it?  All of my instruments have been set-up before shipping, so most are ready to play out of the box.  However some instruments may need a minor adjustment after shipping due to changes in temperature, humidity, and  getting bumped around during shipping.
