Factory reset or any other software needs are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer assumes all responsibility for installation and setup. Only pictured items are included - cables, rack ears, and other accessories are not included unless explicitly stated/shown in pictures. No licenses or software included unless mentioned otherwise.
