This is an opportunity to purchase this rare limited edition poster of Peter Collins in his Ferrari at the Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix in 1958.

The print shows Peter coming around Rascasse in his Ferrari watched by his wife Louise. In the background is their boat Mipooka where they lived in Monaco harbour in 1958. The tyre tracks show the connection from Louise to Peter with their houseboat behind Peter's car.

The print is hand signed by German F1 driver Hans Herrmann and British F1 driver David Piper who were both racing at the Nürburgring in 1958 when Peter had his fatal accident. The print is also hand signed by New Zealand F1 driver Howden Ganley who, like Peter, drove for the BRM team in Formula 1. In addition the print is hand signed by Peter's niece Deborah Jones and the artist, Jo Klausmann.

100 of these prints were commissioned from the original painting donated by German artist Jo Klausmann to the fund to raise memorials to Peter Collins at the Nürburgring where he died and at Shelsley Walsh in the UK where his career started. The Nürburgring memorial was unveiled on 12th August 2023 and the Shelsley Walsh memorial will be unveiled on 6th May 2024.

The prints were given to the first 100 people donating £100 to the memorial fund. This particular print, number 040 of 100, has been offered back to the memorial fund by it's recipient as a means to generate additional funds for the cause.

The print measures approximately 42cm x 60cm.

All proceeds from the sale of this poster will be added to the Peter Collins memorial fund.

Please note that the poster is not framed and is number 040/100. The first photo shows a framed poster (001/100) for illustration. The poster will be posted in a double cardboard tube with a layer of bubble wrap between the tubes to prevent damage. It will be sent via Parcel Force Express 48.
