INGREDIENTS
To make the perfect bubble waffles you will need the following ingredients:

    235g Plain Flour
    125g Caster Sugar
    1 tsp Oil
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 Eggs
    70ml Water

INSTRUCTIONS

    Mix well into a smooth batter. Let the batter stand for 5 minutes whilst you let the bubble waffle maker reach cooking temperature.
    Transfer the batter to a measuring/pouring jug. When the bubble waffle maker is hot, carefully pour the batter onto the lower cooking surface, filling all of the bubble holes.
    Close the lid and turn the appliance over immediately. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the bubble waffles are golden brown.
