Introducing our Churchill sofa range. Churchill is stunning and
elegant. It has deep seats and beautifully curved armrests with feather scatter
back cushions it makes Churchill extremely comfy.
Churchill is available in a cosy 2 seater and a larger three
seater options, with a beautiful colour palette of dark green, light blue or a
burnt orange luxury velvet fabrics or our classic ivory linen fabric. Velvet is
an absolutely stunning upholstery fabric! The way it feels is like a warm hug
from your sofa. It has luxurious and sophisticated feel adding a touch of
elegance to your living space.
Handcrafted to the highest construction standards, it’s super
affordable yet built to last.
Please be aware of the characteristics of velvet
fabric before purchasing. Velvet's nap refers to the direction of its fibres,
which can affect the fabric's appearance. Pile direction shading is a common
characteristic that causes velvet to appear darker or lighter depending on the
manufacturing process. The soft folds and draping of velvet can further
contribute to this effect, resulting in variations in colour intensity and
brightness.
One of the best ways to keep your sofa looking great
is to vacuum it once a week. Use a low setting and the upholstery attachment of
your vacuum cleaner. Because the fabric is made of natural fibres the colour
may vary slightly. Don't forget to give the cushions a good fluff every once in
a while by giving them a good smack. It helps to keep their shape and stay
comfy for us to sit on. Fabric appearance may vary due to differences in
lighting and screen resolution on various devices.
This sofa is a large item. Therefore, we require you
to ensure it will fit through any access doors and walkways up to and within
your property. Please consult our sofa fit guide which can be found in the
pictures section. Minimum door width of 80cm. Package dimensions can be found
below. All sizes are approximate, please allow for small variations.

Paypal is our preferred method of payment. However,
we also accept credit cards, postal orders and bank transfers in which case
delivery is subject to clearance of payment

SHIPPING
Most of our goods are shipped on a next working day
service. Order before 1pm for a next working day delivery. Free delivery only
applies to mainland England, Wales and part of Scotland. There are surcharges
for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, some AB Post codes and other islands
please contact us for more information. Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday
between 7am to 7pm and they do not call before delivery. They will also only
deliver to the main door of the building and won't take goods upstairs or into
lifts. Please note that if you are not in then the courier may attempt to leave
it with a neighbour. Your property will be carded or you will be sent an e-card
via email.
Please check this, otherwise contact us and we will
assist you. Items are processed within 24 hours and dispatched on a next
working day service via national couriers. However unexpected delays are
possible so please allow up to 3 working days for delivery. Larger items will
go on a standard delivery service, usually a 2 man delivery, and will take 3-5
working days for delivery. Other than by reason of our negligence or breach of
contract, we will not be liable for delays in transit, and reserve the right to
restrict these services at any time. We reserve the right to alter or amend
delivery times in exceptional circumstances. All delivery times quoted are
subject to stock availability and delivery location.
RETURNS
Should you have any issues with a product you have
received from us please contact us as soon as possible, we will be happy to
help with any issue. Please know that returns must be requested within 14 days
of receiving the item. We are not responsible for any issues that are
communicated to us after this 14 day period. All returned items require a
return reference number, without which goods cannot be accepted. Shipping and
handling fees are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for the initial
delivery and return postage fees unless the item is faulty. Please note any
collections organised for returns by ourselves will be booked on an all day
collections service. We can not guarantee a specific time for the collections,
we require someone be home to release the returns goods to the courier. An item
can be deemed faulty if it exhibits a pre-existing defect or are inherently
defective when received.
Returns must be received in the original packaging
and condition; we request that the original packaging is retained, should the
original packaging be damaged on arrival this must be recorded on the delivery
documents. We will not be liable for damage not recorded at the point of
delivery; goods should be checked prior to a signature being given. When goods
are documented as being delivered in good condition we only accept liability
for damage which arises as a result of our negligence we will not be liable for
any damage which is the result of normal wear and tear. All our goods are
provided with a full years manufacturing warranty, with the correct care and
maintenance we would expect our products to last for as long as you require and
enjoy them and we trust that you are satisfied throughout the life of the
product.
