Diameter is off - measures 13” one way and about 12.5” the other.  It is also slightly off in height, but it’s close (hovers between 3 5/16” and 

4 1/8” high). Spoon is 9 3/8” long).

I do not know what type of wood this is, but it looks like it may be maple? 

Bowl is in great condition with one small pit.  Spoon has a char mark on back but is otherwise very smooth.  Please review all photos for best description.
