Dress has collar and. bias cuffs of contrasting fabric with self-fabric corded piping included in the collar facing seam. The interfaced band is sewn to right front bodice and included in neck and skirt seams. Left front is faced and interfaced. Dress is worn with buttoned interfaced belt held by fabric carriers.
