Plymouth Barracuda and Dodge Challenger Air Condition Vent. Chrysler part number 2936846. Black. both screws turn. It has a crack on one side. If it was mine i would use my flat wide soldering gun attachment and melt the back side of it back together and no one would ever know, But you be the judge on how YOU would like to repair it. I am not repairing it.  I see no other damage. both sides of the vent move nicely up and down and side to side. there is some light surface rust on the metal rod connecting the small vents together.  see photo of metal rod. Please check the all photos for exact fit and condition.

I refuse to use usps because they have stolen way too much from me over the years.
