Main function:
1. Position control
① Pulse position servo control: The same control principle as the stepper motor and AC servo pulse, give a pulse a step.
485 Modbus RTU communication control: Through communication to send the position target, the controller automatically controls the motor transfer to the designated position to stop. Same bus control as AC servo.
(3) Potentiometer/analog position control: Control the motor position by rotating the potentiometer or adjusting the analog voltage.
④ switch position control: - a switch corresponds to a position, the switch triggers, the motor automatically runs to the specified position.
⑤ Aircraft signal /PWM/ frequency position control: through the aircraft signal pulse width time, PWM duty ratio, frequency size to control the position of the motor.
2. Speed control
① Potentiometer/analog speed control: By rotating the potentiometer and simulating the voltage, the speed target of the motor is adjusted.
485 Modbus RTU communication control: Through communication to send speed target, the controller will automatically stabilize at the target speed.
③ Switching speed control: a switching quantity corresponds to a preset speed, the switch is triggered, and the motor is automatically stabilized at the preset speed.
(4) Aircraft signal speed control: through the aircraft signal pulse width time to control the speed of the motor size and direction.
⑤PWM/ frequency/pulse speed control: Through the PWM duty cycle, frequency size and pulse number to adjust the motor stability of the speed target.
3. Torque control (unsteady flow)
① Potentiometer/analog speed control: By rotating the potentiometer and simulating the voltage, the torque target of the motor is adjusted.
485 Modbus RTU communication control: Send the torque target through communication, and the controller will automatically stabilize at the target torque.
③ Switching speed control: a switching quantity corresponds to a preset torque, the switch is triggered, and the motor is automatically stabilized at the preset torque.
PWM/ frequency/pulse torque control: Through the PWM duty cycle, frequency size and pulse number to adjust the motor stable torque target.
4. User programming (custom control logic)
Through our supporting programming software, users can carry out secondary development of the controller, and realize that the position/speed/torque operation mode can be switched and the control logic can be customized. Programming support assignment, jump, operation, interrupt and other instructions. There are 5 programmable application input detection ports (3 modules switching quantity multiplexing, 2 switching quantities) and 1 programmable output port (3.3V output port). Provide a large number of practical engineering application case source code for free.
5. Other features
(1) Phase sequence learning function, the three-phase line of the motor and the Hall signal line can be connected at will.
(2) Positive and negative rotation limits.
(3) The output torque can be blocked for a long time, and the reverse torque can be output (the direction of motor rotation and the direction of torque are opposite).
(4) Support trip learning, power-on reset to the origin, power-on trip learning.
(5) Support power down location memory function.
(6) Support commutation pulse output, fault alarm signal output, position complete signal output, torque up
To signal output, stop signal output, 3.3V power output.
(7) One output port for communication control.
(8) Support shutdown phase locking function (lock the motor), phase locking current size can be set freely.
