Condition report

All the cups and saucers are in very good preowned condition - there are no cracks, chips, crazing or damage. They look little used, if at all. There is a good sheen to the glaze. The colours are bright and true.

There are light signs of utensil use.

Product description

Denby Midnight was was designed by Thelma Hague. It was first issued in 1983, and it continued well into the mid 90's.

Denby Midnight Blue was one of Denby’s most popular patterns of the 1980s and early 1990s and it is easy to see why: a vivid blue concentric floral design, with a striking and attractive orange detail, sits in wonderfully tactile low relief against a gorgeous blue background. This exterior pattern is enhanced with a very pretty pale blue interior.

Now discontinued, this range is becoming increasingly hard to find and very collectable.
